OLDSMAR, Fla. – A field of 11 3-year-olds has been entered for the Tampa Bay Derby, to be run Saturday as the annual showcase event at Tampa Bay Downs.
Win Win Win, a record-setting winner of the seven-furlong Pasco here in January, is the program favorite with Irad Ortiz Jr. riding. The Mike Trombetta-trained colt will break from post 7 in the 1 1/16-mile race.
With jockeys and morning-line odds, this is the field for the Grade 2, $400,000 Tampa Bay Derby:

Fox Sports and TVG both will provide live coverage of the Tampa Bay Derby, which offers 85 qualifying points (50-20-10-5) toward the May 4 Kentucky Derby. It goes as the 11th of 12 Saturday races on a card that starts at 12:12 p.m. Eastern. Post time for the Tampa Bay Derby is 5:25.
Four other stakes are set for the Festival Day card. They are the Grade 3, $200,000 Florida Oaks (race 10) for 3-year-old turf fillies; the Grade 2, $225,000 Hillsborough (race 9) for filly-mare turf routers; the $100,000 Challenger (race 8), for older horses going 1 1/16 miles; and the $75,000 Columbia (race 7), for 3-year-olds going a mile on turf.
