Chauncey is the current favorite for the upcoming fourth race at Oaklawn. It is a conditioned allowance for fillies and mares over six furlongs. The main track is fast on an overcast Thursday. 

Chauncey was third last out in a local allowance won by Shanghai Tariff. She will break from post 2 on Thursday, under regular rider Ricardo Santana, Jr.

"We’re putting blinkers back on her,” said Steve Asmussen, who trains Chauncey for Phoenix Thoroughbred III. “We need a little more focus from her.”
