It is Arkansas Derby Day at Oaklawn Park, where the rains that fell overnight and into the morning have cleared - at least at the moment. It is overcast and approaching 60 degrees with about an hour to first post. The sealed track is listed as sloppy. Folks are setting up shop in the infield. 

There are no current scratches or rider changes for the three stakes on the card: The Arkansas Derby, Oaklawn Handicap and Count Fleet Sprint Handicap.
