Entries for the Grade 3, $300,000 Steve Sexton Mile, which has produced the last two winners of the Met Mile, will be taken on Sunday at Lone Star Park. The race for 3-year-olds and up will be run at the Texas track April 28. 

The Steve Sexton Mile drew 48 nominations. Bee Jersey won the race last year and Mor Spirit took the Steve Sexton Mile in 2017. Both made their next starts at Belmont Park and captured the Grade 1 Metropolitan Handicap.
