The main track is listed as fast and the turf, firm, for the 10-race program that gets underway at 5:50 p.m. Central. Temperatures are in the 90s. The pick four on races 4-7 will have a minimum guaranteed pool of $50,000.

Note the Costa Rising Stakes that Louisiana Legends Night Sprint starters Monte Man and Win Lion Win exit  produced the winner of the $100,000 The Very One on the Preakness undercard at Pimlico. 

In other highlights on the card, the third race is a maiden special weight for 2-year-old fillies bred in Louisiana. The field includes the Karl Broberg homebred Hot Pajamas, who also races for Jerry T. Wheeler. She is a daughter of Sum of the Parts. Social Misfit, who won the Louisiana Legends Classic in 2018, runs in a $50,000 starter on the program Saturday.
