Santa Anita: Crystal Lake is late scratch after running off

Crystal Lake (3) was withdrawn from Monday's second race after unseating jockey Drayden Van Dyke at the start of the post parade and running to the stable area. Crystal Lake was 6-1 at the time.

The second race, a maiden special weight race for 3-year-old fillies at six furlongs, has a field of four.
