I'm a bit perplexed by the wagering in the Belmont Stakes; I think WAR OF WILL (9) and TACITUS (10) lay over the rest of the horses in this race, but they're the tepid first and second choices. I think War of Will sits the perfect trip, laying just off the likely speed (Joevia) and gets the jump on Tacitus; if it plays out that way, I think War of Will will be tough to run down.

I like War of Will to win the 2019 Belmont Stakes.
