Jockey Geovanni Franco and Ruben Fuentes will not ride this weekend while serving the first days of suspensions issued recently for causing interference.

Franco was cited for his ride on Grinning Tiger in the fifth race on June 7. Franco has a three-day suspension that runs through Friday, June 21.

Fuentes was given a four-day suspension for his ride on Goodtingscominpink in the first race on June 7. He failed to maintain a straight course on two occasions and causing interference. The suspension began Saturday and continues through Saturday, June 22.

Fuentes was suspended an additional five racing days - from June 23 to July 5 - for causing interference in the third race on June 8, his second offense for such an infraction in 60 days.
