Santa Anita: Mario Gutierrez to ride Sunday

A day after he was involved in a one-horse spill, jockey Mario Gutierrez will ride at Santa Anita on Sunday.

Gutierrez has four mounts, beginning with Three Footer (7) in the first race.

Gutierrez was unseated when Emtech suffered a fatal breakdown in Saturday's eighth race. Gutierrez was hospitalized on Saturday evening and was cleared and released at about 11:30 p.m., according to his agent, Matt Nakatani.
