Santa Anita: Formful start to Sunday card

Favorites have dominated the early races on Sunday, with wins by Great Power ($3.80), Seahawk Wave ($3.80) and Alvaaro ($4.60) leading to a 50-cent early pick three of $7.80.

Great Power, a 2-year-old by Blame, won his debut by 3 1-4 lengths for trainer Simon Callaghan in a manner that suggests he will be a colt to follow. Callaghan said he does not have Breeders' Cup plans for Great Power.
