Map Maker, a 2-year-old half-sister to top older horse McKinzie, will have her career debut in a maiden special weight race at 5 1-2 furlongs in Saturday's fifth race.

Owned by breeder Summer Wind Equine, Map Maker is trained by Bob Baffert. Baffert told Santa Anita publicity that Map Makermay need a "race or two" to be in top form.

Map Maker is part of a field of 10 and is 4-1 on the morning-line. Drayden Van Dyke has the mount.

McKinzie, 4, will have his next start in the Breeders' Cup Classic here on Nov. 2.
