The Stronach 5 has been canceled for Friday, Jan. 31, because Golden Gate Fields, which had one of its races in the sequence, will not race this week due to a gas line issue and a problem with its hot-water system.
Golden Gate race 3 was scheduled to be the fourth leg of the five-race wager. The other Stronach 5 races were to be held at Gulfstream Park, Laurel Park, and Santa Anita.
The Stronach 5 will return Friday, Feb. 7.
