The Louisiana Racing Commission has sent out a notice that it will be conducting an emergency, public comment meeting via teleconference at 2 p.m. Central today, Friday. 

The following is the notice:  

The Louisiana State Racing Commission shall conduct an emergency public meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2020 to address the COVID-19 pandemic's impact on licensed tracks and training facilities and to issue all emergency orders necessary to protect the health and welfare of all license holders. All interested parties and the public may participate in the tele-conference meeting by calling (877) 411-9748 and entering code 4439846. All persons calling in must place their phone on mute unless and until such time as comment is requested by the Chairman and you wish to be identified and allowed to comment.
