Oaklawn Park in Hot Springs, Ark., puts on a nine-race card Friday with first post 1 p.m. Central. The racing will be conducted spectator-free ontrack. The featured eighth could produce starters for the Grade 2, $600,000 Oaklawn Handicap on May 2.
