Leader of Men, a half-brother to multiple Grade 1 winner Hoppertunity who won four straight races last meet at Louisiana Downs, including the Prelude Stakes, will see action at the Bossier City, La., track Wednesday. He goes in an optional $20,000 claiming turf route over seven and a half furlongs. The field of nine includes Nate's Attack, coming off a fourth-place finish to multiple graded stakes winner Mocito Rojo in an allowance at Evangeline Downs, and Vinyl, winner of his last two starts for Wayne T. Davis, trainer Shane Wilson and jockey Gerardo Mora. 

Leader of Men began his streak last meet with a maiden win over seven and a half furlongs on turf at Louisiana Downs. He also had success on dirt during his run of wins, with the Prelude serving as the local prep for the Super Derby. Leader of Men on Wednesday will remove blinkers and reunite with Hector Del-Cid, who was aboard fo his four-race win streak for Walpole Racing and trainer Jodie Hodges. Leader of Men comes off a third-place finish against similar Aug. 4 at Louisiana Downs.
