Tatweej, a $2.5 million son of Tapit and the Grade 1-winning millionaire Tiz Miz Sue, defeated winners in his first attempt Saturday at Gulfstream Park. The score came in a first-level allowance. Tatweej was always prominent while covering the one-turn mile on a good track in 1:36.43. He returned $3.80. 

The start came following a maiden special weight win at the same distance at Gulfstream. Edgard Zayas was aboard for both races for trainer Todd Pletcher. Tatweej was making the third start of his career Saturday and the first for Alshareef Hazzaa Shaker Alabdali. The win was the fourth on the card for Zayas, it was announced at Gulfstream.
