Evangeline Downs in Opelousas, La., will not open for training on Friday morning due to track conditions and a decision on that night's live racing program will be made at 10 a.m. on Friday, according to a notice from the track. Evangeline did not race Wedesday or Thursday as a precautionary measure due to Hurricane Laura.
