Welder ($3.40) tied the all-time win record at Remington Park on Saturday night, when he won his 15th race at the Oklahoma City track in an allowance sprint. The millionaire and reigning Oklahoma-bred of the Year defeated open company, while covering six furlongs in 1:09.79.
David Cabrera was aboard for Ra-Max Farms and trainer Theresa Luneack. Welder has won all four of his starts this meet at Remington, which closes out its season Tuesday.
