Delta Downs in Vinton, La., puts on its richest program of the meet Wednesday with the running of Louisiana Premier Day. The card has drawn a number of top Louisiana-breds led by Grade 1 winner No Parole. There will be an all stakes pick four on races 7-10 and it has a minimum guaranteed pool of $50,000, according to a press release from Delta.
