Concert Tour arrived at Oaklawn Park around 4:45 p.m. Central on Wednesday in advance of a Saturday start in the Grade 1, $1 million Arkansas Derby. He was part of a contingent of horses who flew in from Southern California for various divisional stakes making up the annual Racing Festival of the South.
