Indiana Grand has canceled Thursday's card due to a forecast for extreme heat, the track announced late Wednesday.

The central Indiana area is under a heat advisory through Thursday, according to a press release from Indiana Grand. The track made the decision to cancel with the Indiana Racing Commission and horsemen.

Indiana Grand is scheduled to resume racing Saturday, with a card for Quarter Horses.
