Delaware Park has been granted permission by the Delaware Racing Commission to extend its meeting two weeks through Oct. 30.
The seven added race cards include four make-up dates for race cards that were canceled due to excessive heat, plus three additional days.
The new dates are Thursday, Oct. 7; Wednesday, Oct. 20; Thursday, Oct. 21; Saturday, Oct. 23; Wednesday, Oct. 27; Thursday, Oct. 28; and Saturday, Oct. 30.
The Delaware meet had been scheduled to conclude Oct. 16.
