El Deal just blasted the field in the Grade 1 Alfred G. Vanderbilt here at Saratoga and in so doing, was the fourth inside speed winner today from four races on the Saratoga main track.

Yet, while I am certainly open to thinking that a track bias might be in play, it should be noted that El Deal was the first main track winner today who was not an odds-on favorite. It is that point, and perhaps only that point, that keeps me from completely buying into a bias.
