Apprentice jockey Laura Werner won Thursday's second race Seaquet ($7.60) in a maiden claimer and could be right back in teh winner's circle with Fabulous Lady (3) in the third race, a $16,000 claimer.

Trained by Peter Eurton, Fabulous Lady is part of a field of six and is the 5-2 favorite in very early betting - with only a minor amount of money bet so far. Fabulous Lady was ninth of 10 in a $16,000 claimer for non-winners of two at Del Mar on July 29.

This race is much easier. Lady Cloud (4), who was second in a $14,000 to $16,000 claimer for non-winners of two at Del Mar on Aug. 26, is another logical contender.

Werner, who claims seven pounds, has won three races at this meeting.
