Del Mar and Santa Anita have another provision of their pick six bets, with 15 percent of the net pool dedicated to a single ticket pool to be paid out if there is one winning ticket, or into a separate carryover pool.

Similar to other tracks, the $2 pick six has lost popularity in the last decade to bets such as the 50-cent pick five and pick four.
