Trainer Hector Palma won two of the first four races on Monday and has a solid chance for a third with his final starter of the day - Gone to Town (2) in the ninth race.

Gone to Town starts in a maiden race for fillies and mares on the hillside turf course. The filly was third in a maiden race at Los Alamitos at six furlongs on Dec. 2 in her first start since February.

Gone to Town is 10-1 on the morning-line in a field of 11. The leading contenders are Red Shelby (6) and Sunday Prophet (11).
