The Fair Grounds import Tinabud ($8.80) gave trainer William E. Morey his fifth win of the meeting in Saturday's sixth race.

He may not be far from his sixth. 

Coniah (1) starts in the seventh race, the Grade 3 Las Cienegas Stakes with a leading chance. Coniah was second in the Grade 2 Monrovia Stakes on the hillside turf course last May, her latest start on turf. She has not raced since finishing second in the Grade 3 Desert Stormer Stakes in June.

If she is ready after a layoff, Coniah is a major threat to established runners such as Bendable (2) and Beau Recall (9). Beau Recall is the early favorite at 7-5 favorite. Coniah is 7-2 with 22 minutes to post.
