An absence of winning favorites on Thursday's program has led to a pick six carryover of $31,714 for Friday's eight-race program.

The pick six proved to be so tricky that the carryover was announced after the seventh race, with one race remaining, on Thursday.

The $2 bet covers the third through eighth races on Friday's program.

There is also a carryover in the single ticket jackpot portion of the pool of approximately $20,000, which is paid only if there is one winning ticket.
