Oaklawn lifts ban on horses from Belmont, Laurel

Oaklawn has lifted its ban on horses from Belmont Park and Laurel that was imposed after positive tests for equine herpesvirus at those East Coast tracks. Those horses have since tested negative and quarantines have  been lifted.
