David Cohen, who enjoyed success riding on the New York Racing Association circuit earlier this decade, will be returning to Aqueduct to ride beginning April 18, according to his agent Bill Castle.
Cohen returned from a lengthy hiatus to ride this winter at Oaklawn where he entered Friday's action with 33 wins from 204 mounts, good enough for third in the jockey standings. He is one behind David Cabrera at a meet where Ricardo Santana Jr. will be leading rider.
Cohen's best New York meet came in 2010-11 when he rode 82 winners over Aqueduct's inner track, finishing second in the standings to Ramon Dominguez.
