Fast and firm for the 12 race Gulfstream Park card which kicked off with a 25-1 stunner by Kwaina in the opener on the lawn.  A pair of $100,000 turf stakes highlight the card, the Not Surprising and its filly counterpart the Martha Washington. Both events will feature odds on favorites coming off bigger races out of town, Camila Princess in the Martha Washington and trainer Todd Pletcher's recently graded stakes placed Coltandmississippi who'll have to deal with Silent Citizen coming off a victory over Up the Ante in the Stanton at Delaware Park.  The card also features a $92K carryover in the Rainbow 6.
