There was no change to the order of finish in Thursday's first race after jockey Gary Stevens lodged an objection against winner Clearly Gone alleging interference in the stretch.
Stevens' mount, Streak of Luck, and Clearly Gone appeared to make contact in early stretch. Clearly Gone ($7.20) finished a neck in front of Streak of Luck in the allowance race with a $20,000 claiming option.
After a video review, the stewards disallowed the claim.
Cleary Gone, who was ridden by Flavien Prat, was clearly best. The 4-year-old filly was checked early on the backstretch and dropped to the rear of the field of seven before rallying to reach the front in the stretch.
