An Arlington racing official just notified me that the turf course for Million Day, initially labeled "yielding," has been upgraded to "good." 

Turf racing was cancelled at Arlington both Thursday and Friday because of wet conditions. There was about 2 1/4 inches of rain late Tuesday afternoon at Arlington and close to another half-inch fell Wednesday night. Conditions have been favorable, however, for drying since the last round of rain and sunshine is expected throughout today.
