Jockey Florent Geroux is named to ride Dot Matrix in the $100,000 Remington Green, the feature on the Friday night opener at Remington Park in Oklahoma City, The horse coming off a stakes win at Indiana Grand and is trained by Brad Cox. 

The Remington Green is a mile and an eighth turf race for 3-year-olds and up. It drew a field of 11 when entries werre taken Tuesday. 

The Remington Green field also includes Turbo Street, winner of the race last season, and Rated R Superstar, who in April won the Grade 3 Ben Ali at Keeneland. 

Remington will run nine races Friday night with a scheduled first post of 7 p.m. Central.
