In a thrilling finish, Nevermissesabeat ($14.80) edged 9-5 favorite Red Envelope in the final strides to win a maiden race on the hillside turf course by a nose in Sunday's seventh race.

Red Envelope pulled away from 2-1 Sir Eddie in the final furlong, but could not hold off the wide rally of Nevermissesabeat, who gave trainer Carla Gaines her ninth win of the year and first of the autumn meeting.

The seventh race was the first leg of a 50-cent late pick four that drew a pool of $662,508.
