The first of the allowances goes as the third race and the route is led by Rowdy the Warrior (8), who comes off a runner-up finish to multiple Grade 3 winner Shotgun Kowboy in the $175,000 Oklahoma Classics Cup at Remington. Rowdy the Warrior's rivals include Dream Baby Dream (1), who was the runner-up in the Grade 3 Sunland Derby.
The next allowance is the fourth and it drew shipper Trust (3). She goes for Steve Asmussen, the Hall of Fame trainer who is having an outstanding meet, among his accomplishments a pair of five-win cards and sweeping the top three spots in last weekend's $100,000 Clever Trevor Stakes.
The sixth race is an optional $40,000 claiming allowance that drew the talented Gordy Florida (1) and the stakes winners Rumpole (2) and Direct Dial (7). These sprint and Rumpole defeated a strong group of sprinters in a recent allowance at Remington.
The final allowance on the card goes as the seventh, with Flat Lucky (3) a chief contender for Asmussen.
