Santa Anita: Six-figure plunge arrives on Bellafina

With 27 minutes to post, Bellafina (3) has attracted $136,646 of the $140,497 bet to show for the fifth race, the Grade 2 Las Virgenes Stakes for 3-year-old fillies at a mile.

The figure is likely to grow. Bellafina was the easy winner of the Grade 2 Santa Ynez Stakes going seven furlongs last month and is 1-9 in early betting for the Las Virgenes.
