Chauncey, at 4-5, added blinkers for Thursday's fourth race at Oaklawn and was a wire-to-wire winner under Ricardo Santana, Jr.

She set fractions of 22.16 seconds for the opening quarter and 46.09 for the half-mile. In the stretch, Chauncey held off a strong late bid from Shabang Baby to cover the six furlongs on a track rated fast in 1:11.37.
