Lone Star Park leading jockey C.J. McMahon has been suspended 14 calendar days by the track's board of stewards for "careless riding," in the fifth race May 19. The field for the off-the-turf route was scratched down to two horses, and McMahon's mount, So Long Sailor, finished first by a length and a half, but was disqualified and placed second.  

McMahon's suspension is scheduled to run from June 3 through June 16, according to the stewards.
