I had a sense yesterday and it has continued today that the Belmont main track might be leaning a bit in favor of inside runners.

Both winners on the main track today ran on the inside. One was a favorite, but the other was a longshot. And the second and third place finishers in the just completed fourth race spent time on or near the inside.

This is something worth keeping an eye on going forward.
