Dot Matrix captures Connally Turf Cup at Sam Houston

Dot Matrix, at 3-1, captured the Grade 3, $200,000 John B. Connally Turf Cup at Sam Houston on Sunday. Bemma's Boy and Marzo finished a respective second and third for trainer Mike Maker, who was chasing after his eighth win in the Connally. Brad Cox trains Dot Matrix.
