The Boyd Gaming-owned tracks of Delta Downs and Evangeline Downs have submitted amended dates requests for 2020 after their scheduled meets were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The requests are the subjuect of an emergency meeting of the Louisiana Racing Commission on Wednesday.
Evangeline has asked for a 50 date Thoroughbred meet from June 5-Aug. 29.
Delta has asked for a 36 date Quarter Horse meet from June 10-Aug. 22.
