Retama Park's mixed meet for Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds is in question for 2020. The season is scheduled to start July 3 and run through Sept. 12.
During a Texas Racing Commission meeting Tuesday, an official with Retama's ownership said a decision had not yet been made as to whether the meet would be conducted. The track's ownership is looking at the finanical viability of the meet, and discussing all possible scenarios.
Retama is located near San Antonio.
